Microsoft To Do Now Supports Multiple Accounts on iOS

Microsoft To Do

Microsoft’s latest update to Microsoft To Do on iOS now allows users to add multiple accounts and their ever-growing lists on their iOS app. This allows users to potentially use their personal accounts and work accounts just as they have been able to do on Android and Windows and switch seamlessly between them and their corresponding lists to separate work and personal data. Previously, the only way users could do this is to sign out of their accounts and sign-in with their other accounts, or, use the web version of the app.

Users can add an additional account by:

  1. tapping on their account icon at the top left-hand corner of the app to launch their settings
  2. Tap on Manage Accounts
  3. Tap on Add account

Adding work accounts also appear to also support Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies as well if your organization has deployed it.

Users should check to see if they can download and install version 2.100 or above to use this feature.
